After-sales Service
ETNA Industrie ensures the refurbishment (incl. upgrading), repair or reproofing of all its products. Any equipment being refurbished by ETNA Industrie is considered as being a new one.
We also propose refurbishment kits (incl. upgrading), repair kits as well as consumables for most of our equipments.
The After-Sales Service ensures an on-line diagnosis and proposes special trainings upon request.
Before any query, it is essential to clearly identify the relevant equipment (pls. refer to identification plate).

The R&D Department represents, for the whole product lines of ETNA Industrie, 17% of its turnover works with the latest CAD-generation, having at its disposal the 3D-imagery.
An in-house laboratory ensures advantages in terms of reactivity and flexibility during the development process and reduces in this way the "design-production" time interval.
