The hydraulic drives for circuit breakers ensure the safety of the electric transport line. They cut off and switch on the electric current when problems happen (Storms, line breaking, sudden voltage rise…). They also allow to carry out maintenance operation on high voltage lines.

Description :
The ETNA Industrie hydraulic drives reputation comes from the repeatability and the precision of their command dead times for more than thirty years… They can give very high energy and so meeting to the whole high voltage range (70kV up to 800kV) and its command dead times are extremely short. Its wide operation range is suitable to many cases thus offering a simplified management to the circuit breakers parks.
